The application and evaluation process of the EIC Accelerator consists of three steps and is described in detail here. Details on submission can be found here.
Short proposal (step 1)
Short proposals can be submitted continuously. Before you start preparing a short application, we recommend that you use our checklist to make sure the EIC Accelerator is the right funding instrument for your company and your innovation.
Full application (step 2)
If you receive a GO on your short proposal, you will be invited to submit a full proposal. For short proposals submitted in 2023, the full proposal must be submitted to one of the two cut-offs in 2024. For short proposals submitted in 2024, it is possible to submit the full proposal to one of the two cut-offs in 2024 or to the 2025 cut-offs. If required, a Business Acceleration Services funded coach will assist with the preparation of the full proposal.
The cut-offs for submitting full proposals in the EIC Accelerator in 2024:
13 March 2024 |
EIC Accelerator Open EIC Accelerator Challenges |
3 October 2024 |
EIC Accelerator Open EIC Accelerator Challenges |
Interview (step 3)
If the full proposal is successful, you will be invited to a pitch interview. The European Commission's calls for proposals, including the cut-offs, can also be found here.
